How much is the summer academy? Does it go by credit hour? I could not find any information about it.

  2. Ashley says:

I missed the open house but would still be interested in registering for the summer, is this possible?

    • ggwynn says:

Yes, you can either print out a registration form off this webside and fax to 509-354-7474, or drop it by our office between 7:30 and 2:30. Some of our classes are full as reflected on our registration form.

  3. Lisa K says:

I was unable to attend the open house, but our son is interested in participating. 8th graders have not registered for classes yet for 9th grade, but will be soon. Do we need to wait until all high school registration forms are in to sign him up?

    • ggwynn says:

You can register now for Summer School. See the current registration form on this website for available classes. If you are interested in the Skill Center for your sons freshman year, students have to have at least 6 credits before they can attend. Thank you.

  4. MD says:

What are the dates for the summer sessions?  Our son is interested in the welding course.  Can he earn high school and/or college credit for taking the course?  He is currently enrolled in running start through the district.

    • ggwynn says:

The application is on line – Welding is closed in both sessions.  Students can earn .5 high school  credits per session,

      no credit for college.

  5. Sidney Barkholz says:

So is the summer academy the same thing as the classes you take throughout the year just condensed into a shorter period of time?

  6. Taylor Lundean says:

I signed up and lost my papers that has the info about it. So wgen does it start and whats the times? or at least, where can i find that information?

  7. christine says:
